These vines are planted on clay-limestone soils, consisting of many small pebbles and fine clay soil.
Tasting note:
The color : ruby red with carmine reflections.
The nose : eveals a complex aromatic bouquet of small red fruits, notes of violet and rose, nuances of spices, liquorice and undergrowth.
The palate : the wine is full, full-bodied and structured with tannins with fine and silky grains.
The advice of 12bouteilles: We advise you to accompany your aperitifs or your cheese tasting with this magnificent wine
The Estate converted to organic farming in 2007. The wines are aged for more than 16 months 1/3 new barrels, 1/3 barrels of one wine, and 1/3 barrels of 2 wines. The cuvée is blended at the time of bottling.
The annual production is on average 3500 to 4000 Bottles.
