Chassagne Montrachet White 2021 is a beautiful white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Thomas Morey. The cuvée is made from a single parcel of vines located at the extreme north of the village in a place called "Les Houillères", adjacent to the first vineyards of Puligny-Montrachet on soils composed of red clay-limestone soils with a predominantly limestone base.
Tasting notes:
The robe: a sublime golden colour with green highlights
The nose: reveals mineral aromas, and tends with age towards notes of honey or ripe pear
The palate: rich and ripe, mineral with length. The fatness harmonizes with its mellowness in a persistent way.
The advice of 12 bouteilles: Serve chilled at 10 ° C / 12 ° C, we advise you to accompany this wine with fish or seafood.
Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune in Chassagne Montrachet, Domaine Thomas Morey is a young estate created in 2006. Thomas Morey is the 10th generation of the Chassagne Montrachet family and cultivates nearly 9 hectares of vines. The domaine offers over 20 cuvées of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
