The nose gives off an aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits, lemons and white flowers with aromas of sweet spices (cinnamon and vanilla)
On the palate, the attack is fresh and round, with great elegance. The finish is smooth and long.
Made from a blend of grape varieties 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 5% Cabernet-sauvignon, this rosé is deliciously fruity and greedy. A real gustatory pleasure, elegant, fresh and with a beautiful finesse, this wine is organically produced.
The advice of 12bouteilles: To be served very cold, this rosé can be appreciated as much "in the pool" in a big glass with ice cubes as an aperitif as it can be served with a dish such as pan-fried scallops.
