E. Guigal : Saint-Joseph 2018
Rhone Valley - Saint-Joseph - Red Wine -Produced by the famous house E. Guigal, Saint Joseph in the 2018 vintage is a red wine from the Rhône. Produced in the Saint-Joseph appellation, this nugget is a judicious choice for your table if you are looking for a wine for its taste and not its label. The Syrah grapes come from vines between 20 and 50 years old, grown mainly in the communes of Tournon, Mauves and Sarras, on limestone and granite sandy-stony soils.
Tasting notes :
Dress: dark red with purplish tints.
Nose: reveals powerful aromas of red fruits and delicate woody notes.
The palate: The attack is frank and fruity. The tannins are rather round and supple.
