The 2018 vintage is caracterised by exceptional climatic conditions. The flowering took place in the best conditions, with a historically abundant grape harvest, which resulted in magnificent wines with a perfect balance between power and elegance.
Tasting notes :
Dress: a ruby color of very good intensity with velvety nuances.
Nose: unveils an aromatic bouquet with magnificent notes of spices, cherry and cocoa.
On the palate: we find a beautiful dense structure with fine tannins and complex aromas of red fruits and delicate flowers. The finish is very long and harmonious.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: This beautiful vintage of Château de Beaucastel can be cellared for 10 years or more! Decant it if possible before serving it at around 15°C.
