Champagne - Champagne - Rosé wine -This Champagne Roederer Rosé Vintage 2016 is a cuvée made from Pinots Noirs complemented by Chardonnays. Produced mainly from the Cumières vineyards, this Rosé benefits from a long, gentle infusion of Pinot Noir, which extracts its juicy, ripe side while preserving its immense saline freshness.
The colour is salmon, intense adorned with red highlights and a very fine effervescence.
the intense bouquet of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, tart mango), preserved lemon, flowers (mimosa) and pastries. A little agitation brings out notes of sugared almonds (almond powder).
