This 100% Chardonnay is made from the best parcels rigorously selected each year at harvest time. It is aged in oak barrels made by the Tonnellerie Latour for about 10 months like the great white wines of Burgundy.

The robe: pale yellow and brilliant with golden reflections
The nose: intense and complex, reveals aromas of grilled almond
The palate: ample and round, reveals again notes of fresh almonds accompanied by notes of roasting and a beautiful freshness in the finish. Nice length
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve chilled around 10-12°C, it is an aperitif wine that will perfectly accompany a platter of fine charcuterie, shellfish, and fish.
