"Invitare" is an organic white wine produced by M.Chapoutier in the Condrieu appellation of Rhône Valley.
The soils are composed of altered schists and granites which are found in the wine by an aromatic power as well as a great complexity. This type of soil is also a vector of freshness and minerality for the wine.
This wine is made from Viognier, the flagship grape of the appellation, the harvest is done manually at perfect maturity.
The color of this Condrieu "Invitare" 2020 is straw yellow with some green highlights.
On the nose, it releases very fruity aromas of white fruits such as pear and apricot, accompanied by smoky notes that underline a structured mineral expression.
