M.Chapoutier : Chante Alouette Hermitage white 2020
Rhone Valley - Hermitage - White Wine -This Chante Alouette 2020 is a great white wine from Rhône produced by the house M.Chapoutier, in the Hermitage appellation.
Certified bio and in biodynamics, this 100% Marsanne is a superb cuvée well representative of the appellation's white wines from three different vineyards: 'Le Méal', 'Les Murets' and 'Chante Alouette'. A bottle not to be missed!
The colour is a brilliant green gold.
The nose is complex and subtle, releasing aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger, acacia and a hint of lime blossom. On the palate, the attack is straightforward, with a very elegant, lingering almond finish.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: To be served between 12 and 14°C, this wine will perfectly accompany foie gras, lobster, fish, poultry, white meat, and spicy dishes (Curry).
