Coming from plots on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and umbrella pines, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the spray and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. These salty soils give the wine a unique character and a long and balanced finish.
TASTING NOTE: VINTAGE 2019
The dress: very pale pink dress.
Nose: Nose of fresh fruits and citrus fruits.
Palate: fleshy palate with notes of citrus and white flowers, iodized finish
All the grape varieties are vinified by direct pressing. The Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. The Grenache & Rolle are partly vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape generates a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and is akin to a stirring. The result is wines with particular flesh.
The advice of 12Bouteilles : To serve very fresh between 8 ° C and 10 ° C, it is perfect as an aperitif and with shellfish.
