Provence - IGP Méditerranée - White Wine -Studio By Miraval White 2022 vintage is an IGP Mediterranean white wine, 100% Rolle, produced by the Miraval estate. Made from plots located on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and umbrella pines, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the sea spray and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. This cuvée produced on saline soils gives the wine a unique character and a long and balanced finish. This is a lightly priced nugget, undoubtedly the white wine of the summer of 2022!
Tasting note :
The robe: pale green gold with brilliant silver highlights
The nose: great finesse, very floral, notes of broom, blackcurrant buds and white flowers
The palate: balanced and fresh, same seductive aromatic palette, with a beautiful tension and a character reminding the minerality of the soil before a superb final with saline notes, of a lovely length
The advice of 12Bouteilles: To be served chilled between 8°C and 10°C, it is perfect as an aperitif with shellfish.
With a surface area of 600 hectares including a pine forest, an olive grove and a 30-hectare vineyard, Château Miraval is located in the heart of the Var, near the small village of Correns (1st organic village in France).
