Brut Impérial is the signature of the Cuvée since 1869, Moët Impérial is the most accomplished and universal expression of Gout Moët and Chandon. This cuvée is the perfect expression of the diversity of Champenois soils, vibrant, tasty, with its characteristic fruity notes.
Coming from an assemblage of more than 200 crus, it harmoniously combines the three grape varieties of Champagne with between 30 and 40% of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and 20 to 30% of Chardonnay
Her dress is yellow, elegantly gilded, with green hues. Its nose reveals fruits with white flesh (apple, pear, white peach), citrus (lemon), supplemented with floral nuances (linden), and blond notes (brioche and fresh walnuts). His mouth is tasty and melted. Combining generosity and subtlety, full and tasty, then crunchy and delicately fresh (pome fruit), it embodies the balance of champagne.
