Red Wine -

Enira Reserva 2018 is the estate's first wine is produced with the finest grapes, the oldest vines and the best vintages from the estate, under the guidance of Marc Dworkin a renowned Bordeaux oenologist.
Its colour is a bright red, intense garnet.
The nose gives off aromas of black fruit, plum and nuts elegantly associated with oak.
On the palate, the body is powerful, juicy and spicy, perfectly balanced and endowed with velvety tannins. The finish is long and memorable with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

Enira Reserva 2018 vintage is made from a 25% blend of Bordeaux grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, aged for 18 months in French barrels.

It is a wine characterised by its balance and finesse;

Enira is a Bulgarian wine owned by Stephan Von Neipperg also the owner, incidentally, of several crus classés in Saint Emilion including Château Canon la Gaffelière, la Mondotte and Clos de l'Oratoire, associated with Karl Hauptmann.

The advice of 12bouteilles : This wine will pair perfectly with red meats such as beef and lamb or poultry. Open at least 2 hours before tasting.
