The 2022 vintage of the Sancerre  white "les Caillottes" has beautiful deep and intense notes of lemon and grapefruit zest.
Full-bodied, dense and round in the mouth, it is an elegant Sancerre, quite creamy and well balanced with power, good structure. This complex Sancerre, almost rich can be tasted today, it will become more complex in the coming years.

Les Caillottes is an iconic vintage, expressing the style and energy of the estate is named Kimmeridgian limestone, which represents 1/3 of the vineyards of Sancerre.

Created in 1987, Domaine Pascal Jolivet is a vineyard located in the Loire Valley, between the Sancerre appellation and Pouilly Fumé.

Made from a 100% Sauvignon Blanc varietal, the grapes are grown on a soil of limestone and cherries "Les Caillottes".

The advice of 12bouteilles: To taste now, this great wine can stay up to 30 years in cellar. Carafe it at least an hour before serving it to let develop its aromas. Serve it cool, around 10-11 ° C. It will go perfectly with a seafood platter.
