Made from a selection of old vines of sauvignon blanc, this dry white wine comes from a limestone terroir located in the Loire Valley, in the Pouilly fumé appellation. "Terres Blanches" is the name given to the Kimmeridgian marls. This powerful, well-structured, mineral and elegant wine can be laid down for up to 10 years and can be identified by its "pierre à fusil" nose, the signature of the Pouilly flint terroir. The 12bottle suggestion: To be enjoyed now, this very great wine should be served chilled, at around 10°C. It will go perfectly with a seafood platter, turbot served whole or roasted white meat.
