This young winemaker, one of the best hopefuls of the region's wine producers, works the soil to reveal all the terroir in his wine and to find a good maturity, to reveal the fruits in the wine and preserve them by ripening in appropriate barrels.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Let decant for an hour before tasting. Serve between 14°C and 16°C, it will perfectly accompany white meats (poultry, quail) as well as terrines and some cheese.
