Wine crafted by their winemaker Montxo Martínez with the expertise of Jean-Claude Berrouet (Petrus) acting as close consultant oenologist.

Tasting notes - VivaltuS 2018
This 2018 vintage represents a great qualitative leap forward in the VivaltuS project thanks to the optimal conditions of the vintage and the precise work of Jean Claude and his son Jeff Berrouet during the final blending.
Dress : Deep, intense red
Nose: Extraordinary nose of black fruit with hints of balsamic and spice, very complex, mysterious and seductive, with an explosion of aromas that gradually open up as the wine rests in the glass for a few minutes.
On the palate, we find a very elegant, silky, smooth wine of great complexity, having achieved a greater Atlantic component in this 2018 than in other warmer vintages, with magnificent acidity and freshness. All this gives us a sensation of balance, freshness and elegance, with a very long, hedonistic finish.
